About
I'm a technical strategist who bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world enterprise adoption. For the past decade, I've worked at the intersection of technology and government, helping federal agencies navigate cloud migrations, build AI/ML capabilities, and modernize critical infrastructure.
At AWS, I serve as the Technical Customer Solutions Manager for agencies including the Department of Energy, NNSA, Department of State, and USAID. I own end-to-end delivery of cloud and AI transformation programs, from architecting GenAI workloads in nuclear security environments to building the business case for a $72M cloud migration that projected $18M in savings.
Before AWS, I led analytics at Deloitte for the Department of Transportation's $2B RAISE/BUILD grant program, delivering real-time dashboards used by Congressional and White House staff. At Accenture, I helped shape USDA's enterprise data strategy, working directly with the Chief Data Officer to define governance frameworks across 19 agencies.
I build things too. My side projects range from a DC bus delay tracker using WMATA's API to an AI-powered resume tailoring tool built with Claude. I'm drawn to problems where data, design, and infrastructure converge to create something useful.

Open-source tool that uses Claude AI agents to automatically tailor resumes and generate cover letters for specific job descriptions. Built with React 19, TypeScript, and Vite with multi-agent orchestration.
AWS Migration Incentive Advisor
RAG-powered chatbot that answers questions about AWS migration incentive programs. Uses Amazon Bedrock with Claude 3.5 Sonnet, custom knowledge base ingestion, and a serverless API architecture.
InfluStyle
Fashion discovery mobile app that connects users with influencer-curated styles. Built with React Native featuring real-time search, personalized feeds, and AWS Amplify backend integration.

Analysis of federal government AI use cases using C3.ai data, examining adoption patterns across agencies, identifying high-impact deployment areas, and mapping the landscape of government AI investments.
